With over 20 years of business and leadership experience, Zach Abraham understands the local economic and employment conditions and the future opportunities for Ohio County.

The plan starts by pro-actively collaborating more effectively with the City of Wheeling, our county village governments, and many other organizations and service providers throughout the county. By doing so, we can focus on the following primary components:

  • Creating a Countywide Development/Improvement Plan
  • Recruiting Sustainable Businesses and Remote Workers
  • Developing County Assets
  • Exploring Shared Service/Resource Opportunities
  • Supporting Workforce Development
  • Providing New/Improved Infrastructure
